About me
My writing/strategy/communications journey has been a wild one.
The highlights along the way:
• Writing and self-publishing my first book, "Pomes", in 1993 (sorry, it's out of print)
• Being tricked into thinking I liked math and physics by wonderful high school teachers
• Enrolling in college as an engineering major before switching to Communications after a year
• Winning my first professional job in a social media contest
• Working as a social media content specialist and videographer in the financial services industry
• Feeling the itch to get back into a more creatively challenging job after the birth of my first child
• Becoming a whiz at concepting, writing, and executing loyalty and promotional websites for top international brands like Samsung, Dunkin', OREO, and ACUVUE
• Taking all of that knowledge of user flows, UX copy, and CRM strategy to craft world-class online experiences for Ally Auto customers
